I am a healthcare software sales leader who has either helped build, directly competed against, or studied virtually every major software vendor in today’s Healthcare Revenue Cycle, EMR, and ERP market. My passion and expertise is working with Owners, CEO’s, Sales Leaders and sales staff from start-up and smaller legacy software companies who are trying to find a new way of selling their products and services.
Earlier in my career I wanted to own a business or at least have responsibility for a company/business unit. But as I grew in my career, I learned that I had a God-given "Sweet Spot", and that made all the difference! From then on, I excelled at developing new sales strategies, processes, and sales staffs. I have gravitated toward either start-up companies, or new products or new territories within mature companies. These positions, both in direct sales and management, have required me to use my initiative, intelligence, experience and determination to blaze new trails with new ideas, tools, and team members. I have most enjoyed helping team members embrace new ways of selling, then see them enjoy the journey, as well as the destination of making sales.
I have had at least one member of every sales team I have managed either make the most money they ever made up to that point, or hit that mark subsequently using the techniques and processes they learned from my mentorship them. My thought processes and selling wisdom relate to virtually any type of sales, but my specific industry expertise has been in healthcare software sales.
